October School Holidays – Kindergarten to Year 6 Boys and Girls

The UniActive School Holiday Football Clinics are designed for footballers (Kindergarten – Year 6 boys and girls) of all skill levels and footballing backgrounds. The clinic focuses on the individual skill development of players.

Dynamic and enthusiastic coaches with experience in high level football, delivering fast paced football activities that maximise football moments. Players will be grouped based on age and skill level. Boys and girls may be mixed depending on skill level. Groups can change throughout the clinic.

CORE TECHNIQUES

Develop an understanding of how and when to execute the core techniques and skills seen in elite footballers through repetition and technical guidance.

  • Focus on mastering fundamental football skills (passing, dribbling, shooting, etc.)
  • Learn the appropriate timing and context for each technique during match play
  • Improve technical execution through structured drills and repetition
  • Receive expert feedback and guidance to refine techniques
  • Build a strong foundation for advanced tactical and positional training

Learn the footballing behaviours seen in the world’s best players.

  • Build confidence and a winning mindset both on and off the field
  • Develop resilience by learning from mistakes
  • Gain insight into how elite footballers train
CLINIC DETAILS

Dates: Tuesday, October 7 – Friday, October 10

Times: 10AM-2PM (9AM-10AM before-care and 2PM-3PM after-care available)

Costs: $55/day or $200 for full week

Training shirt included in cost

Location: UniActive, bottom Oval. Parking available under Sports Hub or P5.

FAQs

WHAT DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BRING WITH THEM EACH DAY OF THE HOLIDAY CLINIC?
  • Football boots/suitable runners
  • Shin pads
  • Hat
  • Sunscreen
  • Snacks and lunch
  • Water bottle
  • Individual medical supplies (EpiPen, Puffers etc)
  • Any jumpers/jackets/raincoats that maybe required as per weather conditions
TIMING
  • 9:00AM-10AM: Before-care (Children will join our Multisport program)
  • 10AM-12PM: Football Technical sessions
  • 12PM-12:30PM: Lunch
  • 12:30PM-2PM: Football Game sessions
  • 2PM-3PM: After-care (Children will join our Multisport program)
GROUPING PLAYERS

Players will be grouped based on age and skill level. Boys and girls may be mixed. Groups can change throughout the clinic.

CAN PARENTS WATCH?

Parents are welcome to stay and watch. All children will be completely supervised for the duration of the clinic.
