The Young Athlete Development Program introduces school-aged athletes (12-15 years old) to high-performance athlete content. This program provides valuable insights into key areas of personal athlete development across all sports, helping young athletes build a strong foundation for their sporting journey.
Designed for both boys and girls, the program encourages participants to start planning their pathway to sporting success. Running at UniActive Wollongong, this program equips young athletes with the skills and mindset they need for long-term growth and achievement in sports.
