This program introduces toddlers and preschoolers to sport through a fun, structured and supportive multi-sport program designed specficially for early childhood development.
The program focuses on:
A positive first experience through sport
Children are introduced to a variety of sports in a safe, inclusive and non-competitive environment that encourages participation and enjoyment.
Building foundational movement skills
Activities develop essential skills such as balance, coordination, agility, throwing, catching and kicking.
Confidence and social development
Children learn teamwork, cooperation and positive sportsmanship while building confidence through movement and play.
Healthy habits from an early age
Sessions reinforce the importance of warming up, staying active and building lifelong healthy habits.
Preparing children for school and sport
The program supports physical literacy, helping children develop the skills and confidence needed to participate in school sport and community activities

Yes. Parents or guardians are required to remain nearby during the session and are welcome to watch from the viewing area while the class runs.
For the 2.5 – 3 year age group, a parent or guardian participates alongside their child during the session. As the term progresses, parents are encouraged to gradually allow the coach to support the child’s transition toward more independant participation.
For older age groups, classes are designed for indepedent participation, however, parents may occasionally be asked to assist depending on their childs individual needs

The program is $60 for 4 weeks, and casual session visits are $18.

Our staff will ensure appropriate procedures are in place to support your childs safety during the program.

If your child is sick, do not allow them to attend the program and call us to tell us.
