Our Swim School has been teaching children to swim for over 30 years. We cater for children from the age of 3yrs onwards with Learn to Swim, Stroke Development, and Squad Programs.

Swimming programs are also available for adults who would like to improve their confidence in the water. Adult Learn to Swim classes operate all year round. See here for more details.

UniActive is a registered provider for the Active Kids and First Lap Program.

UniActive’s Swim for Fitness Program delivers Illawarra’s most comprehensive swimming training program. Our range of classes provides foundation fitness, stroke development and correction, and specialist coaching for Open Water and Triathlon swimming, and are suitable for casual swimmers through to athletes focused on competition.
