I really enjoyed the pilot program! Over the 6 weeks, I saw improvements both in the gym and on the field. The female health education sessions were particularly helpful in supporting my overall development. The coaches throughout the whole program were incredibly encouraging and supportive. I'm excited to see how the program evolves next year....
