We offer something for everyone; individual, buddy and small group training packages are available and UOW students can "share the load" so the more people you can grab to train, the cheaper it is for you!

Please note: All PT clients must pay for entry to the gym in addition to their PT service either through a Team Training, Gold or Silver Pass, visit passes or casual payment.

Small Group Personal Training - 2017

Get fit for summer and the festive season with our small group Personal Training sessions! You will join a designated trainer and a maximum of three other UniActive members for a consistent, once-weekly training session. You'll also get support, accountability and guidance throughout this six week program. Small Group PT sessions are just $150 for six training sessions - that's just $25 a session!
