UniActive’s 2025 Female Athlete High-Performance Program builds on the success of a pilot program specifically designed for female athletes. The program offers individualised training and education for female athletes aged 14-18 (Year 9 and above) across all sports.
This program enhances athletic performance and mental resilience while integrating key components such as female health education, nutrition, strength and conditioning, psychological support, sport-specific training, and athlete pathway development. It supplements existing club and school training with a holistic approach to supporting the overall growth and success of female athletes.
Through partnerships with local associations, clubs, and schools, we aim to create a seamless, supportive pathway for female athletes to reach their full potential.
