UniActive Teens Who Lift

Term 3 2026

Is your child or teen interested in going to the gym and starting strength training but unsure where to begin? The UniActive “Teens Who Lift” program is the perfect starting point for building confidence and developing foundational gym skills.

Designed specifically for teenagers, this program provides a safe, supportive, and enjoyable training environment where participants can learn alongside like-minded peers and be guided by qualified coaches.

Throughout the program, teens will learn the most effective ways to begin their strength training journey while developing healthy training habits and a positive mindset around fitness.

Program Details

10 Week Program
Tuesdays & Thursdays
4:00PM – 5:00PM
12 to 15 year old boys and girls

Tuesday sessions start 21 July 2026
Thursday sessions start 23 July 2026

20 visit = $120
10 visit = $60

Non-members
20 vist = $240

Program Outcomes

1. Build strength, confidence, and body awareness

2. Learn to train smart: develop proper technique, training mindset, and recovery habits

3. Improve athletic performance: support sports participation or general fitness goals

4. Supportive community: train with certified coaches who understand teen development

5. The goal is to help young people feel confident, capable, and safe in the gym while setting strong foundations for lifelong fitness.
