UniActive isn’t just for grown ups – kids can join in on the fun with our wonderful range of fitness programs specifically designed for children.
Strength training for adolescence in a controlled environment is ideal for providing improvements in all aspects of their growth and fitness. This class is highly recommended for our 12-17 year olds, whom are wanting to learn and master the fundamentals of weight training in the gym. A qualified Trainer will coach proper technique with an emphasis on the key lifts and other types of strength and conditioning exercises, suitable for their individual fitness level. Participants will learn how to progress exercises effectively to build strength and gain the most out of their training in a safe and interactive environment. Sessions are 45min and conducted in a small group setting, suitable for all levels.
