ONE ON ONE
With one on one personal training, the focus is you! Training sessions will be specific to your health and fitness goals. Perfect for people working towards a sporting or fitness event goal. getting back in to exercise after an injury or to provide a solid foundation for people just starting out on their fitness journey.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING (3-4 PEOPLE)
Personal training can be affordable and fun! Training in a group of 3-4 people means that you still get individualised support from your trainer and a high intensity workout but you also benefit from cost savings plus the support and accountability of your workout buddies.
Please note: All PT clients must pay for entry to the gym in addition to their PT service either through a UniActive membership, visit passes or casual payment.

New members at UniActive receive a FREE 30 minute consultation. Our trainers will help guide you in the best training approach to achieve your goals. For members who would like ongoing programming support we offer a personalised program package of 4 programs. These programs can be used over 6 -12 months depending on your goals and speed of progression.
